Technical Equipment Illustration:

All raw materials requires deep drying process, and during the compounding process full dispersion, distribution and even mixing effect is required for the final product is qualified for the physical properties standard such as tensile strength and elongation at break. The extrusion system is equipped with co-parallel twin screw extruder, which adopting high torque, L/D=48-52:1, and special optimized screw combination for temperature control that preventing material predegradation. Lower stage is equipped with single screw extruder, to achieve cooling and pressure building effect, conducive to sheet extrusion.

For increasing the final product tensile strength and elongation at break properties and fulfil more efficient forming process, trace amount of PP or PE polymer will be added to achieve the starch-base degradable masterbatch. Such degradable masterbatch produced by CENMEN can achieve up to 90% degradation rate (70% degradation rate for normal degradable masterbatch), and it can be up to the degradation standard for various national and regional industries. Furthermore, this degradable masterbatch production process and formulation is basically identical to the full-degradable masterbatch.

Currently, this biodegradable sheet material production line from CENMEN has been wildly applied in Jiangsu, Guangdong and etc. areas, also exported to India, Australia, Ukraine, Russia and etc. countries.
